What you'll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)

- Build Credit Risk Strategies like Approve Decline, Line Assignment, Affordability, Credit Limit Increase (CLI), Credit Limit Decrease (CLD), Authorization etc.

- Monitor Strategies mentioned above

- Lead a small team, provide guidance to the team members

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

- At least 3-8+ years of overall Analytics Experience with prior experience in managing risk activities in retail lending

- Prior experience in development of acquisition strategy, account management strategy or strategic analysis and portfolio management would be preferred.

- Excellent quantitative & technical aptitude. Ability to solve open-ended business problems.

- Proven leadership track record in dynamic/changing marketing environments

- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

- Strong communication skills.

- B.Tech or Masters or Ph. D. degree in either Economics, Statistics, Engineering or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background)

What additional skills will be good to have : (List out good to have skills and certifications)

- Relevant experience in wider Risk Analytics domain, specifically in the fields like scorecards, loss forecasting, Portfolio Insights/MI etc.
