Credit Risk Role - BFSI

My responsibilities:

- Credit risk assessment across sectors sector

- Have manged turnover 300cr above manged Mid to large corporate clients.

- Analysing term loans, working capital requirement and project finance deals across various sectors.

- Perform comprehensive credit analysis, evaluate capital structures, company fundamentals and prepare and maintain cash flow and valuation models.

- Recommending term sheets including security and covenants to mitigate the risk.

- Timely execution of deals with a thorough review of the credit including, but not limited to, ensuring that: (i) Internal Credit Ratings are current and accurately reflected in the reporting systems; and (ii) financial covenant and financial reporting trackers are accurate.

- Regularly meeting client and conduct site visits to track the project status.

- Regularly analyzing and recommending modifications for the credit policy for smoothing out the process.

- Identifying key risk indicators and segregating portfolio in asset under watch (AUW) to have better monitoring of the portfolio.
