Key Objective of the Job:

Contribution to Small Ticket LAP Channel - Assisting Product Risk Manager in launching of new policies and products for Small Ticket LAP in line with business requirements & issuing policy variants / modifications as per the portfolio reviews and market feedback

Major Deliverables:

- Monitoring portfolio triggers & suggesting actions to be taken wherever breached. Use analytics to track early warning measures and suggest corrective actions to maintain portfolio quality

- Coordinating for monthly portfolio risk reviews & driving segment level risk reviews

- Sample Case Studies on a regular basis for delinquent cases or fresh disbursements in the overall portfolio

- Regularly conduct sample credit reviews (Good Bad analysis) on a portfolio basis & provide feedback to the sourcing, data science & underwriting teams. This includes feedback on the compliance of the norms stipulated in the product program

- Competition benchmarking on a regular basis to enhance the product suite

- To implement the learning from portfolio management as policy actions

- Impart trainings to the relevant teams through Digital or classroom mode and conducting regular knowledge tests

- New Initiatives & Innovations in Small Ticket LAP Risk Management esp. with an eye on business enhancement & ensuring good portfolio quality

- Working in close co-ordination with various teams from Data Science, IT, Product, Finance, Credit, Operations, etc. for delivering on Risk KRAs

- Sound knowledge about loan processing systems and analytical ability

- System integration/enhancements for implementation of policies

- Usage of Technology esp. when it comes to putting BREs in place, doing the UAT from Risk perspective, ensuring data quality & data integration across various systems being used

Educational Qualification: Preferably CA or MBA (Finance)

Desired Experience: About 7-8 years' experience in Bank / NBFC / Fintech preferably in Credit or Risk function with exposure to LAP product development & lending, Preferably Small Ticket LAP

Other desired attributes: Excellent written/ oral communication and presentation skills & interpersonal skills, keen sense for innovation & problem solving, solution & result orientation, understanding of alternate data-based lending

Knowledge of lending platforms would be an advantage. Ability to work with Data and Metrics
