Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall administrative processing of the investment in credit risk securities including loan documentation / onboarding process and post-closing follow-up items such as the gathering of the required financial / non-financial information and measurement of the financial performance covenants.
- Analyze and assess the sufficiency of the financial covenants and request / recommend the Fund Management team to seek additional information / security cover
- Liaise with Debenture Trustees (DTs) / Credit Agencies / Company etc. in seeking information / data as required for the respective credit issuances.
- Supports and facilitates coordination with internal departments such as investment, compliance, risk and legal including external vendors to ensure smooth close out of disbursements and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Monitors past due covenant requirements
- Ensures upkeep of the database and the application used for credit monitoring.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercises independent judgment consistent with company guidelines
- Ability to manage projects and make recommendations in relation to the implementation of the Internal Control Model
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
Eligibility Criteria :
- Required to either hold a professional accounting or finance degree (e.g., CA, MBA Finance)
- Four to Six years of experience in credit risk monitoring including covenant monitoring with at least a year in a senior / supervisory position
- Hands on experience in Corporate Debt / Fixed income securities
- In depth knowledge of local market practices, rules and statutory regulations and international best practices
- Good analytical, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
Additional Desirable Qualification :
- Experience in the asset management and Credit Rating agency plus
- Knowledge of regulations affecting the asset management a plus
- Experience in Custody operations shall be desirable.
