Job Description - As an Associate you will :

- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems

- Act as a subject matter specialist to identify and deploy appropriate statistical concepts

- Derive insights from data and develop strategies based on business insights

- Build story lines and make presentations

- Frond end with consultants/clients in US as a subject matter expert

The Successful Candidate : As a Successful Applicant you need to have:

- Bachelors/MBA/Masters (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometric) from Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 2-7 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Analytics, Operational Analytics

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, SPSS, Excel, VBA

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Self Motivated and dedicated individual with leadership and decision making skills
