Urgent opportunity for the role leading NBFC_Credit Retail Risk

Exp: 8 - 12 Yrs

Location-Mumbai

- We would want to recruit only when there's solid retail credit risk experience in the one or more of products relevant to ours viz. Farm/Tractors, Micro Loans, 2-wheelers and Housing Loans/Loan Against Property.

- Description of activities to be driven by the role.

- Monitoring of portfolio quality, Early Warning Signals and governance mechanism for corrective actions on asset level as well as portfolio level.

- Providing insights and outlook to the top management & RMC on the key risk indicators vis-a-vis defined risk appetite through Risk Dashboards.Refining of Overarching Credit Policy and oversight of product-specific Credit Policies for retail businesses.

- Underwriting Scorecard approval and model monitoring & governance for retail businesses.

- New Product approvals and reviews - B2C Business

- Development and refinement of various risk limits for the retail lending business

- Stress Testing of portfolio for Credit Risk Scenarios to defined Earnings at Risk due to Credit Risk.
