Credit Research (Fixed Income of European financial markets)

Experience: 2 to 7 years

Location: Pune

JD:

- Support the onshore European trading desk covering High Yield /Investment Grade Financial Institutions and Corporates

- Preparing credit updates/tear sheets based on bottom-up fundamental analysis for a set of assigned credits/companies

- Building/Updating credit models including peer analysis, relative value analysis and calculations of key credit quality determinants

- Regular surveillance of assigned portfolio by proactively tracking the company events (including quarterly earnings), peer group and other industry information sources

- Prepare earnings summaries/flash notes highlighting the key highlights and evaluating the impact on the portfolio companies.

- Engage with client teams proactively and suggest actionable trade ideas to enhance client engagement

- Support in preparation of real-time market linked technical sheets- Bond pricing and CDS, Comp-sheets & comp charts (RV) and macro sheets & charts

Skills:

- Financial modeling & Report writing (Credit Notes) experience

- Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards

- Experience in delivery of structured solutions to clients

- Understanding of the dynamics of the industry

- Good understanding of European financial markets and trends

- Working knowledge on Bloomberg
