Credit Rating Role - Credit Rating Agency

1) Understanding of business model, financial statements, analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information

2) Perform rigorous analytical work, research, fundamental credit analysis, analysis of financial statements, the building of financial models and forecasts, and writing of analytical reports on rated corporate entities

3) Close monitoring of the performance of the companies and industries in the portfolio

4) Doing plant visits and management meetings

5) Writing rating notes and making presentations before rating committees

6) Interacting with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignment

7) Maintain direct analytical responsibility for a portfolio of rated corporate issuers with the guidance of Group Heads

8) Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned Group Heads

9) Preparation of quarterly review notes based on quarterly performance and other updates

10) Keeping track of changes in the economy, various sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients

11) Preparation of rating rationales and press releases

12) Ongoing surveillance and rating recommendations

13) Repeat analytical contact with rated entities' senior management and presentation of analytical findings to internal and external constituencies

Desired Candidate requirements:

1) MBA (Fin.)/CAs with 2 to 7 years of PQE in Credit

2) Additional qualification of CFA/FRM would be preferred

3) Credit experience with other financial institutions/banks

4) Strong Excel and analytical skills to collate and analyze a wide range of information

5) Verbal and written communication skills in English

6) Good organization skills and very high attention to details

7) Basic knowledge of financial accounting is a must

8) Good time management and prioritization; managing priorities while maintaining high standards, and working in a team

Work from the office after restrictions are lifted.

Work Days & Time: 5 days a week & 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
