Credit Rating Analyst - Bank

Roles and Profiles we are recruiting for Credit Ratings

A CA or an MBA with one to two years- experience. Domain experience with a bank or lending institutions is a pre-requisite. The applicant is expected to be conceptually well-grounded in the preparation and interpretation of financial statements. The selected candidate will be responsible for complete management of rating agency relationships.

Key Requirements:

- Attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, keen analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills to interact successfully with senior management

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and successfully manage tight deadlines with a professional demeanor

- Proactive and diligent and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues where necessary

- Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks 

- Willingness to learn and proactive in exploring new areas relevant to current business. Take initiative in completing tasks that are assigned

Role is demanding and when work peaks it is not uncommon for the team to work on weekends and at times very late into the night. On the other hand, a performing employee can expect faster growth and higher than industry- and company-average increments.
