Credit Policy Manager - SME Segment - NBFC

Urgently looking for Policy Manager-SME Segment for a Leading NBFC. People who are currently into credit analysis and policy formulation, policy renewal of SME Loans, Working Capital Loans, Term Loans etc. are preferred.

Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA-Finance (Regular)

Job Description:

1. CIBIL analysis of Delinquent cases

2. Credit Policy: Formulation & implementation of underwriting strategy and changes in underwriting policy.

3. Recommending Various Policy Changes based on Analysis.

4. Policy formulation - This would include framing of new policies as well as rolling out amendments to the existing products keeping in view the market realities, business needs as well as feedback received from various quarters.

5. Preparation of Collateral Policy.

6. Providing various MIS as and when required to Senior Management.

7. Credit Policy Training and test for Credit and RCU team.

8. Developed, enhanced & documented SME lending policy on periodic basis.

9. Suggesting changes in policy based on policy trends.
