Position: Credit Policy Analyst.  Qualification: CA\MBA.  Location: Gurgaon.  Job Description:  - Development and implementation of appropriate credit risk policies which enable controlled portfolio growth in accordance with regulatory consideration and the Code of Banking Practice.  - Completing systemic and ad-hoc reviews of home loan credit policy and business rules  - SME on group, business unit and RBS Risk Management projects.  - Provide support to the Unsecured Credit Risk team in the areas of Credit policies and business rules including the rationale behind them.  - Competitor positioning on credit policies and business rules.  - Practical, regulatory and risk implications of alternate credit polices and business rules.  - Proactive communication of credit risk management to optimize the messages to enable implementation of changes and/or enhancements  - Identify variances in policy and report back via risk management report process to EM/GM and business units  - Provide support for ad hoc requests.  - Deliver to time and quality standards.  - Identify and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities across all streams of work with appropriate benefits tracking.  - Ensure the successful closure of all audit issues in your area of responsibility  - Plan and execute risk mitigating procedures.   - On a regular basis, report and discuss the results of your risk management assessment with your manager  If interested send your updated Resume or Contact me on 0124-4346339.
