Credit Operations
Candidates only from Startup NBFC lending to SME and MSME B2B are eligible must have experience in any lending products
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role will entail setting up processes and SOPs across client journey:
(a) New client approval funnel and process
(b) Limits management and disbursements
(c) Various lending products like letter of credit, channel finance, purchase finance, trade credit
- Journeys and data will be initially defined on google sheets and then work with product teams for tech development.
- Recruiting and managing team
- Define dash boards and disseminate data transparently for information & MIS as well as control and TATs
- Work closely with Sales and Finance team.
Who can apply:
- 8 max 10 yrs of experience across banks and NBFC's lending to B2B small & medium enterprises
- High data orientation and analytics
- Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfilment and problem solver and should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace.
- Prefer MBA Fin.
