Educational Qualification: CA / MBA in Finance  Desired Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.   People who have worked in Debt Rating Area with Ratings Companies & Now part of Credit Monitoring/Appraisal with a Bank or an NBFC would be preferred  Salary is not a constraint for right candidate  Key Objective of the Job:   - Monitoring of Lending Portfolio on an ongoing basis.   - Strict adherence to Credit Monitoring Policy.   - Further improve the processes of Credit Monitoring for Wholesale Finance business   - Sectoral Impact Analysis for assessing Systemic Risk on a regular basis for Sectors which account for reasonable proportion within the Portfolio  Major Deliverables:   - Effective monitoring of assigned Wholesale Finance portfolio   - Effective control & monitoring for ensuring group level & sectoral exposures  - Flagging off early warning signals & reporting of actionable to various authorities.   - Constant monitoring of events related to borrower accounts.   - Quarterly and Annual Review of Accounts.   - Site / Office Visits to check any adverse development   - Process mapping and Process improvement related to Wholesale finance.   - Quarterly review of Credit Standing of the borrower through proper assessments of Quarterly Financial Statements  Specialized job competencies:   - Sound knowledge of financial statements / ratios.   - Sound knowledge and expertise of monitoring of accounts.   - Appraisal of Debt Standing of the Company  - Analytical Skills   - Self-motivated and customer orientated   - Sound problem solving and decision making skills   - Good communications and interpersonal skills   - Computer literate in MS Office   - Proficient in both spoken and written English
