Job Description :

Responsible for identifying, managing and communication of credit risks represented in the company's loan portfolio. Applies knowledge of credit risks to optimize credit product performance. Administers statistical models that estimate current and future credit risks. Completes loan portfolio reports that details credit quality and performance. Provides analytical support of loan product design and structure. Coordinates and perform analytics for credit risk based on specific loan type limits and targets to determine institutional tolerance.

Responsibilities :

- Conducts due diligence on clients to understand company's management, financial condition, and prospects for growth and relationship enhancement

- Tracking Portfolio health & quality and keeping track of early warning signals

- Takes decisions in terms of enhancing/retracting credit limits and exits from investments.

- Analyses company financial information and prepares projections based on company forecasts

- Work for development of Risk Rating Model and creation of Framework for Expected Credit Losses

- Initiate ideas for development of automated solution for Monitoring.

- Work with service providers in developing the solution.

- Makes periodic site visits to portfolio companies and discusses company operations and financial results with the client

- Prepare and present Portfolio level presentations for Senior Management

- Assists in document preparation and loan closings.

- Gathers and organizes documents associated with new and existing portfolio companies

- Handling MIS of Portfolio

- Adhere to current compliance standards
