Role Purpose :
- Delivery of MIS reporting matrix
- Removal of duplication in MIS reporting.
- Drive consistency and timeliness
- Create reporting processes
Principal accountabilities :
- Analysis of trends at portfolio level and its development.
- Identify gaps in MIS and its reporting.
- Full coverage of all data points.
- Production of consistent and accurate data reports.
- Identify opportunities to centralise reporting structure.
- Operational effectiveness and control
- Contribute to relationship management between MIS and business thereby contributing to service improvements and increased resilience
- Identification of opportunities to centralise business, credit and risk reports.
- Owns all parts of reporting process including preparation of Group, Zone and Region reports
- Contribution to improve monitoring, service requirements.
