Credit Mgr - Mortgage - Underwriting - Bank

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Credit Manager-Mortgage role

The key responsibilities are mentioned below:

- To review & underwrite retail mortgage loan application and decisions on the applications to be taken within the prescribed TAT

- To do Account Fulfillment and pre and post disbursal service to existing and new to bank customers.

- To review the mortgage portfolio on a regular basis & support collections on specific loans.

- Responsible for keeping file processing cost under control and within the budgeted levels

- To ensure adequate controls for creation of equitable mortgage for each such account.

- Manage and drive till resolution all post Disbursal issues, closure of loans and release of title documents.

- Ensure and enhance people management skills resulting in better and overall customer satisfaction

Other Aspects also include:

- Manage a team on employees who support the underwriting function

- Manage external vendors who support activities related to underwriting

- To ensure adequate controls for creation of equitable mortgage for each such account.

- We are looking for Preferably a Chartered Accountant with 1-6 years of experience/ MBA from Premier b-schools with 1-4 years of mortgage underwriting experience
