Credit Manager - Unsecured Loans - NBFC

Hiring for a leading NBFC having operations PAN India. We have urgent roles available as Credit Manager - Unsecured Loans.

Responsibilities:

- To ensure portfolio quality for Unsecured Product in the location, while maintaining the service levels (TAT) to the customer (Internal and External).

- To reduce data entry errors as part of underwriting

- Adherence to the policy/process

- To give feedback to channels/vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and take corrective action to improve the efficiency.

- To ensure Audit compliance and regulatory compliance for the location.

- To interact closely with other functions such as Sales /Operations/ Collections /CPU/ Policy/ Product etc in ensuring a smooth day to day functioning at the location.

Job Requirements:

- Qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance with min 3 years of experience in a Credit role.

- Strong understanding of Unsecured loans.

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial and detailed understanding of different ratios, spreadsheet preparation

- Should be matured enough to handle pressure from business
