The credit manager position is accountable for the entire credit underwriting process, including the consistent application and ensuring compliance with a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.   Qualification Preferred CA /CS OR PG- MBA FINANCE From Premier Institute   Relevant Experience 3 to 5 Years into Underwriting   - Functional Competencies Basic knowledge of Mortgage Loans, Banking knowledge, Understanding of balance sheet and financial reports, Bank statement analysis, Credit bureau report/desktop search knowledge. Loan documentation execution knowledge. Knowledge of applicable laws-income Tax, Company Act, Real estate Laws, Authority specific laws etc,  - In-depth Knowledge of Real estate Markets, Existing real estate projects, Cost and revenue analysis of the project, Rea estate Project Booking Validations.   - Analytical Skills, interpersonal and communication skills, Well versed with English and local Language, Knowledge of Computer, good in excel and PPT   Behavioural Competencies Simplicity and Humility, Hard work and Detailed orientation, Integrity, Dramatic Growth, Industry awareness,  Customer Focus :   Job Responsibilities :   - Financial Responsibilities Excellent in assessing business including cash flows analysis, financials of Retail / SME proposals. Close monitoring logs in files from day beginning with complete ownership. Excellent Financial Analytical Skills (financials & Ratios.)   - Should be having good local market knowledge. Able do own portfolio analysis, timely escalation to the higher authority for any adverse behaviour of facility & also responsible for taking precaution step if there is any critical observation in portfolio behaviour.   - Maintain TAT as per the norms without diluting credit quality with complete ownership   - Recommending proposal to higher authority with merits, demerits & risk involvement after a personal visit, getting case sanctioned and disbursed within prescribed turnaround time.   - Evolve underwriting norms customized to the local market needs   - Complete understanding of collateral appraisal including legal & technical aspect   - Regular visit to existing customer as prescribed in policy.   - Ensuring no surprises in the portfolio.  - Maintaining Delinquency level at minimal level   Non-Financial Responsibilities :   - Communicate with the operation to resolve disbursal issue.   - Work closely with the Business team & support on offering innovative product offerings.   - Review and monitoring of Early warning accounts   - Vendor Management, Collaboration among the various department.   - NOC Management, Subsequent Disbursement, Project Monitoring, Escrow Receivables management   - Travelling for Customer visit as per business requirement.   Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :   - Managing & tracking PDD/OTC   - Timely revert and resolution of external and internal Audit queries   - Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.   - Maintaining confidentiality of company's information - not to share with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal, written, mail or any other form)
