Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Our Client is a NBFC with a Supply Chain Finance Business that's among the best in the market. We are looking for a Credit Manager for the Anchor Relationships to be based at Mumbai office. The Job Responsibilities shall be as under :

- Reviewing of anchor companies / anchor programs (vendor /dealer finance anchor programs) for Supply Chain Finance vertical sourced by Product Team.

- Responsible for analyzing the Anchor Company with the required due diligence and to ensure that all information required to take a credit decision is captured. This would involve understanding the anchor's business model, financial analysis, management and industry analysis.

- Underwriting / devising risk framework of Supply Chain Finance Anchor programs.

- Recommend quality anchor programs thereby ensuring good quality portfolio and minimal level of NPAs

- Ensure timely processing of anchor programs sourced by Product team.

- Ensure that the anchor renewal proposal is compliant with the stipulated conditions at the time of previous sanction

- Ensure timely submission of anchor renewal proposal to the Credit Committee members

- Ensure that all the requests of Product Team have been timely responded

- Discuss with anchors for better understanding of their business credentials, ensuring timely movement of cases

- Portfolio monitoring of Anchor programs to identify Early Warning Signals.

- Monitoring of various anchor program review triggers for existing anchor program and highlighting the same to senior management in case any trigger is breached.

- Keeping updated on the various changes in economic scenario / sectoral changes, negative news /updates on anchor Company financial performance / changes in external rating etc.

- To assist the NCM

- Supply Chain Finance in completion of satisfactory audit of the portfolio which the incumbent is responsible for.
