Credit Manager - Structured Finance

- Thorough understanding of Wholesale Lending / Structured Financing products like Promoter / HoldCo Financing, Acquisition / Leveraged Financing, Developer Financing etc

- Undertake timely credit analysis of potential borrowers by identifying business, financial, structure & security risk based on understanding of business model, financial statement analysis, free cash flow forecast and peer analysis.

- Recommend credit views/analysis/mitigants for recommendation to Senior members for approval

- Active participation in ongoing deals along with RMs by interacting with Company Management, Plant / Site Heads, Lawyers, Valuers and thereafter providing your recommendation and completing the CAM

- Basic idea of Business / Company valuation and benchmarking.

- Portfolio monitoring & reviews for Senior Management

- Updated with market/industry developments, changes in RBI regulations / SEBI ICDR regulations, news events, etc and assessing the impact on individual borrowers and portfolio.

- Strong Analytical Understanding with go getter approach while working on transactions

- Tracking sectors, macros and basic understanding of capital markets.
