MSME: CREDIT MANAGER

Job Description:

The desired candidate will be responsible for:

- Source proposals for the assigned product through Client Visits, Seminar/Trade Fair Visits

- Appraise the loan proposal highlighting the viability of the business.

- Sanctioning of the loan proposal

- Carry the entire operation and execution from loan approval to legal to disbursement.

- Monitor the client relations and payment schedule.

- Understand the client need & design communication for them.

- Study competitor and do product benchmarking.

- Maintain and manage the cordial relationship with stakeholders through client servicing.

- Portfolio review on regular basis including monitoring funds.

- Meet with HNI clients to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.

- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans including field investigation of big ticket cases.

Core Competencies:

- Proven working experience in the credit domain preferably MSME / Business Loans

- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.

- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.

- Analytical skills and high standards of integrity

- Good networking skills

- Good Team spirit & Leadership skills

- Resource Management and Strategic Analysis

- Ability to make tough decisions

Hierarchy Structure: Direct Reporting to the Branch Manager
