Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Credit Underwriting and Business for Affordable Housing Segment

- Handled Mortgaged Backed Products of Retail Lending which Include Home Loans, LAP and Affordable Home Loans

- Have successfully implemented Policy Changes based on Own Underwriting and Market Feedback

- Responsible for Collections which are in the early buckets.

- Responsible for Vendor Empanelment and Management.
