Role - Credit Manager

Reporting to - the Regional Credit Head

Key Result Areas:

- Responsible for diligently appraising and disbursing Secured and Unsecured loan proposals as per the Credit policy of the company

- Responsible for maintaining the portfolio quality and risk monitoring

- Ensure Quality and Policy Adherence

- Follow Process compliance diligently

- To support business growth diligently without compromising on quality

- Prevention of Fraud

- Positively Impact Client Experience by maintaining underwriting TAT

- Constant Monitoring of PDD and other portfolio triggers

- Continuously upgrades self with required knowledge and skills

Required Skills:

- Functional knowledge & and experience in underwriting. Experience of small ticket LAP loans preferred

- Analytical proficiency

- Detail orientation

- Understanding of Market and Industry

- Good interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computers and working in the system environment

Qualification :

- Preferably CA/MBA Fin/CWA/CFA

- No years of Industry experience 2 years of relevant Post Qualification experience
