Credit Manager - Retail Risk Commercial Vehicles

JD for Retail Risk Commercial Vehicles - 

Credit rating of large value cases in commercial business (Commercial Vehicle and Construction equipment)

- To carry out detailed credit assessment of credit proposals, liaising with credit and business team for understanding data and information gaps in the proposal

- Preparation of rating rationale and recommending internal rating to the proposal in alignment with internal credit rating framework

- Finalise rating after discussion with Rating committee members in Risk Management Group and subsequently represent Risk Management Group to credit approving committee for approval of the proposal

Policy review

- Review of policies and programs, and amendments thereto, related to Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment and Two-wheeler portfolios in a timely manner.

- Travelling across locations for understanding the policy and product requirement, process review and requirement of clients.

Portfolio monitoring

- Responsible for monitoring quality (monthly) of the portfolio by monitoring incipient delinquencies, NPAs and stress accounts

- Preparation of Through The Door analysis of latest portfolio delinquency data to detect trends at granular level and suggest constructive mitigation to reduce risky portfolio buildup, backed by data

- Managing other portfolio related analysis as required by seniors.

Operational risk management

- Carry out Risk Control Self-Assessment (R&CSA) at periodic intervals, monitor KRI dashboards and Loss data approval in Commercial business and two wheeler business.

- Review of operating guidelines and processes as per regulatory and internal guidelines.

- Support system changes to improve quality of data and ease of process.
