- Centrally underwrite and make/approve proposals of operating/financial lease/loan arrangements across India

- Have expertise with SME credit underwriting at Banks and NBFCs

- Preferably have knowledge of vendor (equipment OEMs) program-based funding

- Able to supervise and optimize the small-ticket trade procedure.

- Underwriting cases to the appropriate quality standard and facilitating the accomplishment of the business objective.

- Visiting clients for in-person conversations and transaction structuring;

- Examining monitoring reports and maintaining tabs on the caliber of the portfolio. Taking the appropriate actions to guarantee that the relevant quality standards are upheld; making decisions within the allotted time frame; and having prior leasing sector experience will all be advantageous.
