Credit Manager Home Loan - Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai

At this time we have the following positions in Credit for the Large Bank - various locations

- Credit Manager Home Loan (Chief Manager Level) - Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai (JD given below)

- Credit Administration (Associate Director Level) - Mumbai

Principal Responsibilities :

- Ensure high portfolio quality for the product in the location, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers), with very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement

- Monitor and ensure very low defects on data entry as part of underwriting quality

- Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Central team on all application being processed.

- Close monitoring on non-starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing pattern.

- Giving Feedback to channels/Vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and taking corrective action to improve the efficiency of vendors.

- Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head Office and regulatory compliance in the location

- Channel risk management by identifying and knowing all channels and identifying good and bad channels

- Interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/Policy/Product etc. to ensure a smooth day to day functioning at the location

Required Skills and experience :

- Candidate should have an experience of 6-8 years in financial underwriting for Home Loans and LAP

- Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills

- Candidate should be high on analytical skills
