Credit Manager- Health Care Equipment Finance

Description of Principal Duties and Accountabilities :

- Underwrite exposures for the Healthcare Equipment Finance vertical covering equipment loans, leases and structured transactions

- Underwriting activities cover, transaction structuring, operational and financial analysis of the Borrower, AML risk assessment, collateral analysis, requisite due diligence and preparation of credit pitch.

- Engage with origination and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on credit approvals and execution while ensuring compliance to credit policy and other underwriting procedures of the company

- Manage asset quality of the portfolio, monitoring delinquency, engaging with delinquent Borrowers, regular review of specific accounts, covenant monitoring and acting on early warning signals.

- Active portfolio and account management to meet customer ongoing requirements (amendments, waivers and consents ) and resolution of problem/troubled accounts

- Engage and collaborate with teams for preparation and review of product programmes, policy documents, scorecards and process improvements.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to management regarding deals and portfolio activities.

Qualifications/ Experience Required :

- 4-8 years total experience with MBA or undergraduate business degree

- Solid financial statement analysis and valuation skills

- Thorough and detail oriented; strong analytical skills

- High energy level; ability to multi-task effectively; high degree of initiative

- Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; team player

Qualifications/ Experience Preferred :

- Understanding of various financing products, including loans and leases

- Prior experience in credit assessment, including understanding of legal documentation

- Knowledge of the healthcare services and equipment sector

- Communicate and present crisply and effectively (both in writing and verbally) to senior leadership
