Credit Manager - CA - Housing Finance

Looking forward for a Credit Manager with one of the Fastest Growing Housing Finance Organization into affordable segment.

Position based out at : Mumbai

Background to the position:

Having built a robust and profitable business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, our client is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth to support the underwriting function in the growth trajectory, we are looking for experienced professionals with relevant experience in Credit & Risk .

KRA's :

- Underwriting home loans for low and middle-income customers who are buying homes in Affordable price range.

- Ensuring fast approval turnaround times and continuously improve the process to further improve the approval turnaround times.

- Training of front end sales people to ensure that quality of incoming loan applications keeps improving.

- Periodic analysis of data to understand portfolio performance across customer segments, product parameters etc and presenting recommendations/findings to the leadership team.

Desired Profile :

Qualification & Experience

Should be- Chartered Accountant/MBA with Experience of :

- Credit analytics or Underwriting of loans for low and middle income segments

- Exposure to any product amongst: PL, BL, Housing Loans or LAP

- Minimum work experience of 5 years.
