Credit Manager - BPO/ITeS

This role entails the complete design of loan products to suit the dynamics of the niche Healthcare supply chain. You will work closely with the founders to develop the foundation of underwriting platforms at Care.Fi. The role will involve working in collaboration with the technology & data science teams to develop a Scorecard.

Here's what you'll bring!

1) 3-6 years of experience in Financial services

2) Experience of Digital underwriting - SME, healthcare, Supply chain

3) Experience in surrogate/Alternate data-based decision making

4) Managing exposure at a transaction and portfolio level

5) Coordinating with the Operations team, Product team and Tech team for smooth implementation of our internal processes

Good to haves :

1) Experience in the Healthcare industry.

2) Experience in MSME

3) Strong exposure towards underwriting and analytics.

What you will be doing here?

1) Build the Risk policies associated with the business vertical

2) Perform statistical analysis to identify the key features affecting the Risk outcome

3) Work in collaboration with analytics & Credit Bureaus to develop Scorecards

4) Managing exposure at a transaction and portfolio level

5) Coordinating with the Operations team, Product team and Tech team for smooth implementation of our internal processes

6) Able to understand and explain the impact on the business using Data
