Credit Manager - BFSI

- To appraise and underwrite working capital facilities like WCDL, Advance against Bills Receivable, Purchase Bills Discounting and Sales Bill Discounting within defined RBI guidelines / Internal policy guidelines and accordingly take decisions or recommend for approval to appropriate authority.

- To analyze financial strength of the applicant customer with the help of their Audited Financials, Interim Performance etc.

- Experience/coverage of start-ups will be an advantage.

- To understand customer business/enterprise in depth and draw out the assessment peculiarities of the business or trade engaged in and to assess the intention, business continuity & credit behaviour and verify it through non-traditional income documents & reference checks as well as from traditional income documents and various kinds of credit bureau checks.

- To prepare CAM, ensure complete adherence to laid down policy and procedure / process, liaise with sales team to proactively assess and resolve issues faced by the client.

- To co-ordinate with Legal and FI agency for processing the file & managing the overall TAT.

- To do Exception/ Deferrals Management, Tracking of Loan Review Mechanism / Credit Audit Issue, Early warning call / Watch List call.

- MBA / CA / ICWA

- Previously 2 to 8 years of underwriting experience in assessing working capital proposals
