- Devised product programme and process notes for tractor, used tractor and secured financial inclusion
- Controlled frauds to bare minimum level and there are so far no frauds in Tractor business
- Maintaining and monitoring the optimum productivity of credit team by identifying process gaps & plugging them and taking various process improvement initiatives to improve productivity levels further
