- Devised product programme and process notes for tractor, used tractor and secured financial inclusion

- Controlled frauds to bare minimum level and there are so far no frauds in Tractor business

- Maintaining and monitoring the optimum productivity of credit team by identifying process gaps & plugging them and taking various process improvement initiatives to improve productivity levels further

- Ensuring implementation of Standardized Policies and Process across the region

- Continuous on job training to credit team to identify the potential areas of risk, assessing key risk indicators in a proposal and assessing financial standing of clients for providing them apt funding and ensuring that the solutions provided carry the risk as desired by the organisation

- Forecast credit losses & provisioning requirements. 

- Designed credit risk mitigation strategies and tested their efficacy

- Identifying training needs and understanding the skills and capabilities of subordinates for entrusting assignments
