Credit Head - SME - NBFC

- To manage & build-up a good quality book and ensure that the entire credit team is principally aligned towards risk balance and at the same time be able to manage good business volumes

- To maintain and bring process improvements / efficiencies to ensure better TAT and hence better customer experience

- To underwrite both high value Self-Employed & Salaried cases with a balance of policy and processes with adequate judgement for prudent portfolio management

- Collaboration & customer centricity will be a must-to-have quality

- Should have a good hold on the location with a in-depth knowledge of the local property laws etc & has a sound knowledge of the nuances of the local Self-Employed / SME segment

- Ability to lead a team & manage a team of both junior & senior credit team members; to ensure continuous engagement and growth of the team members

- In-person / virtual meetings and discussions with customers

- Ensure continuous support and training for all the verticals at the location

- Participate in and clear regular internal and external audits
