Credit Head - Real Estate Sector - NBFC

We have an urgent opening in Credit department with a leading NBFC in Mumbai. Looking for candidates with 10+ yrs of experience in credit analysis role for Real Estate .

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 - 16 years

Qualification: CA / MBA

Role & responsibility:

Credit:

- Prior experience of managing proposal writing, structuring of the transaction and financial modelling of the project.

- Should have handled funding of residential projects, commercial office projects, retail malls.

- Should have handled different structures like Construction Finance, Inventory Finance, LRD, Preapproval funding & land funding.

- Understanding of key real estate markets like NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and should have relevant experience of handling transactions in these markets

- Understanding of regulations impacting real estate industry and real estate lending.

- Understanding of various approvals, permissions & legal documentation required for real estate projects

Valuation:

- Technical appraisal of the real estate projects. Assessment of valuation of real estate projects.

- Experience of handling valuations of real estate projects - residential, commercial and retail malls

- Understanding of key real estate markets like NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and should have relevant experience of handling valuations in these markets

- Understanding of regulations impacting real estate industry and real estate lending.

- Understanding of various approvals, permissions & legal documentation required for real estate projects

- Understanding of various real estate markets in terms of trend of selling price, specific regulations impacting that market.

- Understanding of various methods used for valuation of the real estate projects.
