Credit Head - LAP Vertical (10-18 yrs)

Credit Head

- National Credit Manager OR CCO - LAP / Affordable housing

- Its with a start up and they will focus on loans from 4 lacs upto 10 lacs

- The Role is to head the credit role of LAP vertical

- Deploy credit policy which is aligned with business strategy and targeted customer segment

- Develop various underwriting models using alternate data through AI/ML and build scorecards.

- Study, Analysis and interpretation of valuation and other check mechanism

- Continuously improvise underwriting capability based on portfolio performance

- Actively partner with business heads and structure /arrive at customized solutions

- Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head office and regulatory compliances

- Maintaining and reporting of various MIS to monitor portfolio performance and risk monitoring of loan accounts

- Fulfilling the credit training needs of entire business and credit team

- Leading, mentoring monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process and operations

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members

- Ability to understand economic /industry cycles

- Knowledge and experience of having dealt with banking product and documentation

We have 2 positions 1 Head and person below the head level

CTC range 20 to 50 lacs max can be offered
