Credit Head - Inventory Funding/Trade Finance

Credit head - inventory funding ( auto,tractor and CE loans) and trade finance

- Responsible for documenting and maintaining the credit policy updated at all times

- Responsible for underwriting of Dealers and retail customers in accordance with the credit policy

- Suggest improvements and changes to the credit underwriting process

- Work with the wholesale and retail groups to understand the needs and improvise according to market trends

- Permanent Credit Committee member and will make recommendations to the committee for approvals

- Responsible for maintaining the credit DOA document updated

- Ensure all approval protocols are being followed before approving disbursement of funds

- Develop and monitor initiatives for effective retail finance penetration with preferred financial partners

- Responsible for engaging, performance of all credit vendors for analysis related to CNH portfolio and consequent metrics

- Work in conjunction with preferred financial partners to offer customers premium service through the development of fast and efficient processes and definition of service levels.

- Monitor portfolio delinquencies and analyze vis a vis the credit granted for continuous improvement

- Continuous competitor benchmarking and recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness
