Credit Head - Corporate Finance

Looking of Head - credit corporate finance.

Wants only relevant experience into corporate finance credit. Candidate should be at Regional/ Zonal or national role. Must be handling a team of credit managers.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation.

2. Regular Credit Risk Portfolio Monitoring and Collateral Management/Monitoring for checking and controlling on Frauds/Delinquencies.

3. Ensuring that the necessary back office IT, administrative and control systems are in place

4. Hold responsibility for implementation of high standards of internal control and procedures in order to safeguard the institutions operations assets and data.

5. Define a risk-based approach to identifying, monitoring, measuring and reporting various types of Credit/operational and market risks and liaise with the related
