Credit Head - CA - Micro & Small & Medium Enterprise Vertical - FinTech

Urgent opening for a Credit Head role with one our clients based in Gurgaon.

Role: Director - Credit

Basic areas to be covered:

- Credit and Risk Assessment - conceptualize, develop and run credit model; underwriting policy

- NPA management

- Early warning system / Analytics / Value at Risk assessment

- Fraud assessment

Ideal Candidate (i don't expect a single person has all the below) :

- CA Qualified (2003-2008 Batch) with relevant experience

- Must have experience on MSME side (Micro & Small and Medium Enterprise)

- Must be involved in credit assessment / underwriting policy formulation

- Preferable to have dealt with unsecured loans than secured loans

- Must have dealt with small ticket sizes (like 10-50L)

- Good to have retail side experience too

- Preferable if worked if last job is another fintech startup
