About Client
Client is a marketing, sales and distribution platform of construction material, from Tier II and Tier III manufacturers, to infrastructure clients (Roads, Railways, Airports, Power generation & transmission, Urban development & Ports) in India.
Qualifications and Minimum Entry Requirements
- CA/CFA/ with minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of finance and strategy, MBA Finance from a Tier 1 college a huge plus.
- Candidate should have understanding of managing cash flows, budgeting and keen interest in a participating in overall business strategy.
- Prior experience of working with start-ups, will be a huge plus.
- Prior experience of fund raising, both equity & debt, is mandatory.
- Key responsibilities would entail as follows:
Corporate Finance:
- Maintaining cash flows
- Review month-end closing activities
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Coordinating with auditors
- Stakeholder management
Fund raising:
- Leading the fund-raising efforts, both equity & debt
- Identifying and connecting with VCs, financial institutions
- Managing the complete due diligence process
- Managing related stakeholders (CS, Legal, etc.)
Corporate Strategy:
- Business strategy
- Preparations and monitoring of financial projections
- Defining KPIs, controlling MIS, monitoring ongoing performance
