Credit Control Role - BFS

Job Description :

- Managing the debts of debtors, ensuring timely payments are received, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries, and managing debt recovery.

- Monitoring collections set up at a high frequency and ensuring reconciliations happen on timely basis.

- Provide financial reporting and analysis. Creating and maintaining live collection dashboards for the senior management.

- Interacting and working with customers

- Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices

- Monitoring the portfolio and escalating as necessary if collections performance is flagging based on identified indicators.

- Ability to apply critical thinking to complicated problems for timely and effective resolution.

- Create and maintain the foundational data infrastructure that is critical for the success of analytical work

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable connecting with customers via phone, email, and chat
