Credit Audit Role - SME Segment

Brief:

- To be responsible for the execution of audit plan, to optimize the audit coverage in line with Bank's internal policies and external/regulatory requirements. To perform variety of audits including thematic reviews of banking processes, review of loan review mechanism (Credit Risk Audit), review of Early Warning Signals (EWS), review of regulatory returns, review of process implemented in the Bank for identification of NPA accounts, review of credit policy, process and regulatory audits related to departments and functions etc.

- Experience to conduct credit risk audit including review of credit risk assessment performed by the risk analyst, review of loan/mortgage documentation, review of conduct of account, compliance status of post sanction covenants, review of action taken by Management with respect to serious irregularities in loan accounts, review of early warning signals in loan accounts and remedial measures thereof etc.

- Experience and understanding of IRAC norms, regulatory reporting with respect to corporate loans.

- Plan, design and implement risk based audit plans to ensure safety and soundness of the Bank.

- Prepare good quality internal audit reports and summary of significant audit observations for consideration of the Audit Committee and the Senior Management

- Should have an experience to generate various exception reports for continuous monitoring with the help of data analytics tool.

- Should have an experience to lead a team of auditors and review their work to continuously develop strengths and identify areas of improvement.

- Experience to supervise and assist the concurrent audit team to ensure timely circulation of reports.
