Job Description for Analyst - Supply Chain Finance

Role :

- Primary objective of the Credit Analyst - Supply Chain Finance, is to assist the Portfolio Management to analyze Spoke Credit Memorandums.

- Exercise Approval authority as per Credit Matrix delegation.

- The Analyst will assist the SCF Relationship Management Team to develop, manage and grow a sustainable SCF franchise in the country.

Qualification :

- Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: CA, MBA or equivalent with about 3-5 years of Supply Chain Finance/ SME /Mid Corporate Lending Experience.

- Experience in CAM writing and exposure to Supply Chain /SME lending Credit Analysis is preferred.

Competencies / Skill Sets Required :

- Superior Analysis and Service skills & ability to deliver Client delight

- Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet analysis and Risk mitigation

- Ability to leverage organization competency to drive deal closures

Job Profile :

1. Ability to analyze and write CAMs for a robust pipeline of SCF clients and Spokes

2. Assess the credit profile of the borrower and provide a recommendation post analysis of promoter background & track record, market positioning, financial information etc.

3. Recommend credit limits and authorize credit risk exposures up to allocated limits of authority.

4. Highlighting deviations if any & ensuring compliance of credit policy norms laid by the Organisation.

5. Engage in discussions with clients and relationship managers on transactions to facilitate in better deal structuring and quick turnaround of the proposal.

6. Participate actively in initiatives, which seek to improve policies, procedures and practices impacting the overall Credit process.
