Experience: 8+ years of work experience in Credit Management with experience in real estate or commercial real estate division

Job Role:

Preliminary examination of commercial real estate-related finance deals and arrangements

- Working together with internal teams in technology, legal, operations, and relationship management to provide clients with timely, well-coordinated solutions.

- Interacting with the client to understand their business strategy, organizational structure, and financing needs. In addition, responding to inquiries and consistently compiling data

- Credit analysis and research.

- Forming Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) and providing first recommendations while evaluating borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk.

- Presenting the proposal to the authorized authorities

- Preparing credit reports for examination and renewal, with the aim of assessing their limitations and their relevance to credit alerts
