JOB ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part of Real Estate book - Deal sourcing, evaluation, preparation of Notes, Asset monitoring of existing and new relationships (focus on evaluation and preparation of approval notes)
Responsibilities as outlined in key roles and competency required below.
KEY ROLE:
Role requires
- First line of interaction with new and future clients
- Understand real estate, client requirement and convert it into proposal
- Basis understanding of financial statements and MS excel
- Facilitation of legal documents with legal team and client
- Loan/investment monitoring, market updates, progress monitoring, sales monitoring
COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
Relevant experience in: Real estate sector either International property consultants, Developer's Finance division, Investment bankers/Debt syndicators working for RE and Funds/NBFC/PE funds in competitive space
