Real Estate sector Credit Analyst for a Bank

Client is a well known Bank & is rated among its peer group.

Role specs :

- Credit Appraisal and Due Diligence of Real Estate companies for their fund based & non fund based requirements.

- Analyzing the Financial statements, Cash flow statement and Ratio analysis

- Preparation of detailed proposal notes and ensuring clearance from credit sanctioning committees.

- Appraisal of credit proposals in line with the policy within laid down TATs.

- Joint monitoring of portfolio with account relationship team based on early warning systems

Candidate specs :

- CA / MBA in a similar role

- Must be from Banking / NBFC handling real estate clients.

Open to candidates are covering other sectors doing Credit Assessment and want to move to Real Estate sector.
