Credit Analyst/Financial Analyst - Real Estate/Construction Finance (2-10 yrs)
- Credit underwriting of real estate proposals. construction finance proposals
- Assessment of borrower profile, analysis of financial statements and Analysis Cash Flow, personal discussion with the clients to understand their business, finance requirements & creditworthiness.
- Preparation of proposals notes and cash flow projections to be presented to the committee for sanction
- Co-ordination with the internal technical team, legal team, operations team and compliance team to ensure smooth flow of the proposal from log-in to disbursal.
- Drafting of Term sheet, Sanction Letter and loan documents.
- Post disbursement portfolio monitoring of the cases ensuring adherence to all compliances
- Ensuring adequacy of the Security and Receivables cover, tracking the sales of the project and its subsequent collections in the escrow account and monitoring projected cash-flow with actuals. Also servicing borrowers regularly request like NOCs etc. monitoring LTV breach, EMI bounces.
- Audit and regulatory compliances .
Skillset required:
- Should be a CA/MBA with 3-4 years of experience in real estate lending.
- Should possess sound knowledge of various real estate products like construction finance, inventory funding, lease rental discounting etc.
- Should hold command in MS Excel and MS Word.
