Credit Analyst - Debt Syndication - Finance Consulting Industry

We are hiring for Client Company in Finance Consulting Industry.

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities will include :

1. Syndication of both new and expansion projects

2. Prepare Information Memorandum, teasers, financial models, CMA and other notes

3. Co-ordination with Investors

4. Meeting and Liasioning with Bankers

5. Prepare, Evaluate and Analyze Financial Plans and Forecast

Qualification & Skills Required -

1. MBA in Finance/ICWA/CA/CFP

2. 3+ years of work experience in the corporate banking space

3. Knowledge of Syndicated Loans and debt capital market products

4. Exp in Financial Modeling
