Credit Analyst - Debt Fund - AIF

Company: Our client is a leading financial services firm into investment banking, institutional broking, asset management and fixed income advisory.

The company has recently launched their category II AIF debt fund and are looking for somebody senior with to join the team and work along with the fund manager in assessing credit analysis and credit risk with regards to investments in debt.

Job Summary:

a. Role: Credit Analyst

b. Reporting to : Fund Manager (Debt Fund - AIF)

c. Work Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Key skills - Balance sheet analysis, cash flow analysis, financial modelling and deal structuring capabilities.

2. Focus on deal execution, deal structuring and deal documentation for debt investments

3. Assessing credit analysis and credit risk with regards to investments in debt instruments.

4. You will be a part of the fund team headed by the Debt Fund Manager- you are required to source, execute, monitor, realise and exit debt investments of the debt fund.

Preferred - Candidates with relevant experience in NBFCs/Banks/Credit Rating with SME/Corporate credit analysis
