Designation: Credit Analyst (Corporate finance) at Ahmedabad

Qualification:- CA/MBA (Finance major preferred)

Present Role : Credit Analyst (Corporate finance & IB)

Reporting Business Head (Corporate Finance & IB)

Job description:

- Preparation of information memorandum as well as credit appraisal notes after understanding the client requirements for Debt Syndication, Private Equity and Merger & Acquisition

- Prepare Financial & Valuation Models and perform financial analysis of companies.

- Monitor chosen industry for current events, valuations, financials and market intelligence.

- Analyze market trends, qualify investment opportunities and build strong investment cases

- Gather data from various public sources, government websites and economic databases. Analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends & themes.

- Build and maintain detailed company financial models, analyze industry data and develop sector databases

- Review annual reports, financial filings, trade publications, and other sources in order to gather, synthesize and interpret data

- Write short notes/commentary for internal presentations.

Qualification :

- CA/MBA (Finance major preferred)

- Past Experience as credit analyst will be preferred

- Self -ownership and committed to make a difference

- Entrepreneurially minded, detail-oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work on parallel projects.

- Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment with a creative and problem-solving mindset

- Excellent research, financial modelling, and analytical skills
