Designation: Credit Analyst-Real Estate

Reporting: Sr. VP Corporate Credit

Desirable Industry: Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services, NBFC

Qualification: CA

Responsibilities:

- Evaluation & documentation of initial assessment of leads

- Term sheet preparation and negotiation

- Conduct Financial due diligence

- Review loan agreement & supporting documents

- Coordinate with valuation and legal team

- Review of external due diligence reports

- Account monitoring by holding regular client discussions and evaluating information/documents provided by them.

- Managing relationship with investment bankers

- Advising IT team on user requirements & automation

- Update systems on a daily basis

Skills/Knowledge/Capabilities

- Good analytical skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
