Credit Analyst - Banking

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle a small team/group of credit analysts.

- Preparation of Financial Projections

- Corporate Presentation

- Proposal notes

- Coordination with lenders etc.

Experience:

- Preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank Proposals, and effective coordination with banks.

- Extensive experience in handling syndication/sanction of loans exceeding INR 15 crores for corporates, NBFCs, and real estate entities.

- Proficiency in managing Stressed Assets transactions, One Time Settlement (OTS), Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases, or experience working under an Insolvency Practitioner (IP).

- Background in working within the finance departments of various companies.

- Demonstrated excellence in using Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentation purposes.
